The details you send through the contact form: name, email, message and, if you choose to provide them, company and project type. I use this information only to reply to you and discuss a possible project. With your consent, the site also collects audience statistics through Google Analytics, described in the section below.

With your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate audience statistics, such as page views, traffic source and device type. Google's advertising signals are always turned off. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the site footer. Learn more in Google's privacy policy. The hosting platform also generates aggregate visit statistics that do not identify visitors.

To limit automated submissions, the site stores your IP address in encrypted form, without keeping the original number.

Data is stored in the database of the platform that hosts the site (Lovable Cloud), which may keep servers outside Brazil.

I keep messages for up to 12 months after our last contact, or until you ask me to delete them.

I don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Some analyses include YouTube videos. They only load when you click to play; until then, the site shows only an image stored here. Once you click, YouTube (Google) may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing portoarraz@gmail.com. I respond within 15 days.
